All High School aged students are welcome to come and practice with us to see if you will enjoy Rugby.

Practice:          Autumn 2005

                        Commencing Mon-Sept-13 until last game Sun-Nov-21

each Monday, Tuesday & Thursday afternoon,

2:45 pm - 5 pm

Wakeman Field Carpark

                        Spring 2006

                        From Mon-Feb-14 each afternoon, to June 

2:45 pm - 5pm

Wakeman Field B

Routine:           roll call

                        warm-up run & stretch,

drills & ball handling,

set-plays & field work

full tackle scrimmage. 

No Mouth guard - no participation 

Boots are required for the entire session. 

There is no water outlet at our training ground so please bring your own.

We will start and finish on time each session.
